Shine Design Home Policies:

Online Returns:

  • All clearance items, special orders, and rugs sales are final.
  • Email us for a return label at contactus@shinedesigninteriors.com and we will send you a FedEx prepaid return label. You can drop it off at any FedEx location or Walgreens.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Once we have received the return we will deduct the return shipping charge from your refund.
  • If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Items purchased online must be mailed back within 14 days of purchase. Once we receive the item and verified it is in same condition that you received it in you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. You will be notified when we receive your package and if there is any action on our part (refund, exchange, etc...)
  • Lost in return transit are still the buyers responsibility and are subject to loss of refund.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All damaged claims must be reported in writing via email within 5 days of delivery date, along with photos of the damage/s.
  • Items that are defective and damaged and shipped back with a  prepaid return label shipping  upon request. Shipping will not be charged.
  • Please feel free to email or call us with any specific questions prior to ordering.

Shipping:

  • Most orders will ship out on Monday or Thursday and take 5-7 business days. Please contact us if you need rush shipping and we will do our best to accommodate.

In- Store Returns:

  • In store items (in perfect shape) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with original receipt. You will be issued a refund to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
  • If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • In store pick up items must be picked up within 7 days. If not picked up by this time item will be put back for sale.

Hold and Storage Fees:

  • Large items ( furniture, lighting ect…) will only be held in store for 7 days unless otherwise agreed on. If item is not picked up within the 7 days a $5 dollar per day storage fee will start. This fee must be paid in full before product will be released for pickup.

General Policies:

  • Please note vintage rugs will have some wear and different color variation to them as they are a genuine vintage piece.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse anyone for service at anytime.
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
